EMOTES FOR TWITCH / YOUTUBE / DISCORD

Drawn in my own chibi anime style, with solid colors and optimized to be legible on a very small scale. Please note that details will be simplified based on your requested character.IMPORTANT: Please do not make me copy another artist's style / emotes. Please provide your own references and ideas for your emote commission.More samples here

Transparent PNG files
Sizes 224px, 112px, 56px and 28px sizes. Please specify if you wish for them to be sized for YouTube.
Merch sizing option available with commercial rights and full rights.

Uncropped emote - +15 USD per emote, for other uses like panels that are not commercial use.

Custom emote showcase - Comes free with 10+ emotes, default showcase comes free with 3+ emotes (default sheet design = 1st row, custom sheets = 2nd & 3rd row on samples above.)

I can only make one if it's based on an existing animation, or if it's a simple concept.
These are hand-drawn, frame-by-frame emotes. I do not use a puppet to animate these (EX. Live2D/Spine)

Payment • Refunds • cancellations

Full payment after the sketch has been approved. Payment is done through Wise transfer, Ko-fi , Buy Me A Coffee. We can go with my VGen account if you want the extra security, but there will be extra fees. You have to use your card. I also accept payment through GCash for PH locals. Please contact me about other payment methods.
I reserve the right to decline anything that I do not feel confident in doing.
All commissions are non-refundable unless I haven't started on the commission yet.
If the commission is fan art of a character from a game/anime of the sort, I might sell it at conventions.
I have the right to stream your order on Twitch or my Discord server. Please let me know if you want me to work on this in secrecy. Private commissions will have a 20% fee, on top of the total order.
Characters without clear visual references will be charged extra.
Custom-designed characters cost an extra fee.
If you're canceling the request, please inform me within 48 hours of the acceptance so that a slot will be available for others.
Commercial type commissions are 1.5x - 3x the base price; the rate will increase depending on the project.

WHAT COUNTS AS COMMERCIAL USE?

Merchandise
Art / Graphic made for shops or any business-related work/ original domain websites.
Promotional material, CD covers, game assets, book covers, social media artwork, icons, etc.
YouTube / Twitch assets (banner, avatar, art in videos) and having my work on any ad-supported sites/platforms.
Emotes for twitch/youtube channels are considered non-commercial, channel exclusive use unless stated otherwise.

PROCESS

I work according to my own pace, please do not rush me.
Please give me at least 4 days - 2 weeks to finish your order once I got to your slot. It may take longer depending on many factors such as health, order of commission, complexity, or family issues.
Only fill in important information. Long paragraphs of the backstory will not give me a clear vision of the piece.
I will allow 3 revisions during the sketch and color stage, like minor corrections for the pose and expression (if not specified), accessories, or the color. Any major revisions and after that will have an additional fee from $15 - $50. I will only make small changes like markings and color adjustments once the illustration is finished.
Changes such as completely different poses, characters, outfits, etc. are not allowed if I have already started rendering the piece.
The full resolution of the image (and the transparent version if applicable) will be sent through email or Discord upon completion.

RUSH ORDER

Rush orders mean that you can skip the queue, I will work on the same day for up to 3 weeks. You will have to pay a percentage of the total order.

5 days delivery - +100% of total amount
1 week delivery- +70% of total amount
2 weeks delivery - +50% of total amount
3 weeks delivery - +30% of total amount

EX: Ordering 4 emotes would total $180, 1-week rush priority will cost $306.
These do not include weekends, which is when I take breaks.

Important: This is the general idea for rush commissions. Please be aware that the value will increase significantly in extreme cases, such as for large order quantities, to prevent any potential abuse.

RIGHTS FOR EMOTES

Copyright: +100% (x2) of the total amount. You have the right to commercialize. Minimum of 3 emotes needed. Sizes for merch (5 x 5 inches / 1750 px, 350 dpi) are available with +10 USD for each emote.
Full rights: +200% (x3) of the total amount. Transfer of all rights of the request to the commissioner. Minimum of 5 emotes needed. Includes 5 x 5 inches size ( 1750 px, 350 dpi ) for merch and PSD files.

REGULAR ARTWORKS INFO

CANVAS SIZE OPTIONS:
A4 350dpi - ( 2894 x 4093 pixels ) | 4k Landscape ( 3840 x 2160 pixels ) - or anything smaller, no charge
A3 350dpi - ( 4093 x 5787 ) pixels | A3 Landscape ( 5760 x 3240 pixels ) - or anything higher, +15 USD

MULTIPLE CHARACTERS: Maximum of 5 characters in one canvas. The price for an extra character is +100% or depending on the details, it will be in the indicated price range of the size.
The price for 3rd character addition will be 80%, 4-5 will be 50%.

PERMISSION AND COPYRIGHT • USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
The client/commissioner is not allowed and does not have the right to mint or sell the commission as NFT.
You are not allowed to use any of my art for AI training.
You will only be receiving digital art. No physical goods will be shipped.
You are not allowed to claim, edit, trace, copy, or modify any finished art I have made without permission.
If you are to repost the commission anywhere, you will credit me as the artist. ( @temachii on Twitter or twitch.tv/tematown , my Twitch. )
You may use the finished artwork for social media profile pictures, desktop backgrounds & wallpapers. You may also print at your own leisure as long as it's for non-profit and solely for your own personal enjoyment.
Clients may commission a third party to animate the emotes as long as credit for the original artwork is given.
I have the right to post your finished commission with my watermark on any of my social media sites or publish books using the piece.
A smaller resolution of the finished drawing will be posted in my gallery as part of my portfolio.
Clients will also be provided with a smaller resolution of the finished artwork. You may not post the full resolution in public.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between SIMPLE SHADE and FULL RENDER?

SIMPLE SHADE has clean lines but with basic coloring. It takes a bit of a shorter time to complete.

FULL RENDER makes me draw with all of my effort and full potential. It takes a bit of a longer time to finish.

Do you do rush orders?

Yes, I do. More information on this in the TOS tab.

Do you do discounts / is there a discount?

I only do discounts for Reference Sheet orders and regular artworks that have more than 3 characters in them. More information about this is indicated on the TOS tab.

When will you open commissions?

Commissions are filled most of the time, so if you want to stay updated or be on the waitlist, please visit my Twitter / Discord server for notifications. You may inquire about being waitlisted by submitting a form on the CONTACT tab.

How long will my commission take?

The expected turnaround time is a minimum of 1-3 months. I will be working at my own pace. Please refer to this link to see my progress and your position in the queue.

What's the difference between the emote sizes?

It depends on how you want to use them. It costs $10 extra each to upgrade from 224 to 448 px. This does not include copyright.

224 px - if you'll only use it for chat emotes.
448 px - if you'd like to use it to be turned into stickers or to be animated.
1750 px / 5" x 5" - if you'd like to make merch out of it. Additional commercial fees will be applied. More info about this on the TOS tab.
